StreamBuild is an operations platform for funding agencies, currently in a development-partner phase. Features, pricing, and these terms may evolve; material changes will be communicated to active customers.
Agencies own their data. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service (hosting, processing, backups, AI features you invoke). You are responsible for the lawful collection of data you bring into the platform, including applicant data collected via your intake forms.
No unlawful content, no attempts to breach tenant isolation or security controls, no resale of the service without a written agreement.
During the development-partner phase the service is provided without uptime guarantees; we commit to prompt communication and best-effort restoration. Commercial SLAs will accompany paid agreements.
AI features produce drafts that require human review. You are responsible for reviewed outputs you approve, file, or send.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
