AI you can put in front of a board.
Owned AI is the framework underneath every StreamBuild generation. It shows what the AI read, lists the assumptions it made, and requires a named person to own each assumption before the document can file.
Context Manifest
The AI cannot use a record you cannot see. Every draft carries a manifest of the exact sources it read. Remove one and regenerate, and the change is recorded.
Assumption Ownership
The AI extracts every assumption it made and lists it as a card. A named person owns each one on the record, so accountability sits with a person, not a model.
The Filing Gate
The File and export action stays disabled until every assumption has an owner. A document with an unowned assumption cannot leave the building.
Built to survive an audit.
Owned AI is the visible part. Underneath it, StreamBuild keeps the records a funder or an auditor will ask for.
Audit trail
Every generation, source change, and ownership action is recorded with a name and a timestamp. You can export the full history.
Zero data retention
AI runs under zero data retention terms. Your records are never stored by the model or used to train it.
Per tenant metering
AI usage is metered per agency, so you see exactly what was generated and can set allowances.
Canadian residency
Data is stored and processed in Canadian regions. An optional sovereign tier is described on the security page.
The AI policy your board can approve.
Take the one pager to your next board meeting. It explains, in plain language, how StreamBuild uses AI, what it can and cannot do with your data, and who is accountable for every output.
