Who counts as a seat?

A seat is a staff member at your organization who logs in to do the work. Reviewers, applicants, and funders are external participants and are always free.

Are external participants really free?

Yes. Committee reviewers, grant applicants, and funders never take up a seat and are free forever, on every plan.

What is the minimum?

The self serve plan starts at five seats. Below that, most teams are better served by talking to us about a small agency agreement.

What is included in the AI allowance?

Each seat comes with a monthly Owned AI allowance for document generation and summaries. You can see usage per tenant and raise the allowance at any time.

Can we move from self serve to an agency agreement?

Yes. Many teams start on the per seat plan and move to a flat annual agreement as they add staff. Your data stays in place.
