Terms of service
These terms govern your use of StreamBuild. By using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
1. The service
StreamBuild is an operations platform for funding agencies, currently in a development-partner phase. Features, pricing, and these terms may evolve, and material changes will be communicated to active customers.
2. Your account and data
Agencies own their data. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service, including hosting, processing, backups, and the AI features you invoke. You are responsible for the lawful collection of data you bring into the platform, including applicant data collected through your intake forms.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful content.
- No attempts to breach tenant isolation or security controls.
- No resale of the service without a written agreement.
4. Availability and support
During the development-partner phase, the service is provided without uptime guarantees. We commit to prompt communication and best-effort restoration. Commercial SLAs will accompany paid agreements.
5. AI outputs
AI features produce drafts that require human review. You are responsible for reviewed outputs you approve, file, or send.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
This document is a working draft published for transparency during StreamBuild's development phase and will be reviewed by counsel before commercial launch.
